Native ad guidelines

  1. Focus on people

    People like to see people, so images containing people are preferable.

  2. Native ads – a small format

    Images in native ads are displayed in a small format. This is why we recommend calm close-ups with a clear focal point.

  3. More effective with colours

    Shots in bold colours are more likely to attract attention than black and white shots.

  4. Advertising that cannot be recognised as such

    Native ads should seem as unlike normal advertising as possible. . No text or overlays should be visible within the image.

  5. Appealing headline

    A fresh headline can arouse the interest of the target group.

  6. Fresh and short

    The message you want to convey should be brief and to the point.

  7. Firstly. Secondly. Thirdly...

    By using listicles, the wealth of information can be well structured and awaken the interest of the readership.

  8. Teaser & promise

    The headline should arouse curiosity among the readers and contain only promises that can actually be kept.
